| A Riddles is a statement . Question or phrase having a veiled meaning . It is a word Puzzle meant to be solved . Riddles can also be jokes that are a play on words . children enjoy asking riddles and trying to solve them. |

Ans. A clock.
(2) What gets wetter and wetter as it dries ?
Ans. A towel.
